Eligibility Criteria for Affordable Housing Projects (2026) 

To apply under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, buyers must meet the following criteria: 

✔ Income Criteria 

  • No strict income limit (unlike PMAY), but applicant must have income proof for loan eligibility. 
  • For floors above 45 sqm, income sources must be stable. 

✔ Applicant Requirements 

  • Must be Indian citizen with valid ID proof. 
  • Applicant should be 18 years or older. 
  • Only one application per family (husband, wife & unmarried children). 

✔ Property Ownership Conditions 

  • Applicant must not already own a flat/house in Haryana (in many projects). 

✔ Loan Eligibility

Step 2: Fill Application Form 

  • When the project officially launches, fill the HUDA-approved application form. 

 Go to the official website: https://tcpharyana.gov.in/.  

Look for "New User? Register Here" and click on it to create a new account. 

Step 3: Submit Required Documents 

You need to submit: 

  • Aadhaar Card 
  • PAN Card 
  • 2 Passport-size Photos 
  • Last 6 months Bank Statement 
  • Income Proof / Salary Slip / ITR 
  • Optional: Home loan pre-approval

Step 4: Pay Booking Amount 

  • Booking amount is usually ₹25,000–₹50,000 for 1/2 BHK 
  • For 3 BHK, booking ranges ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 
  • Accepted via online transfer or cheque.  

Step 5: Wait for Allotment Draw 

  • Allocation is done through a transparent computerized draw by the Government. 
  • Buyers receive confirmation via SMS & Email.  

Step 6: Allotment Letter & Builder Agreement

  • Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA) within 30 days.
